Adding and Removing Icons on the Dock
To add an icon to your dock, first you need to decide what you want to add. So, I’m going to take a look at my applications folder and I want to add Stickes to my dock. So all I’m going to do is click and hold down the mouse on the stickes icon and drag the icon to the dock and let go of the mouse. That’s it! I have now successfully added a stickies shortcut to my dock. Now you can also add folders to your dock using the same process but you have to put it to the right of the line. To left is for applications and to right is for folders. Once icons are in your dock you can click and drag them around into any order that you ‘d like. Now to remove an icon from your dock simply click and hold the mouse down and drag the icon upwards away from the dock and it will disappear! And there you have it! Another easy way to customize your computer!
